Performance pricing does not include backline equipment (sound system, in-ear system, lights, instruments, drum kit, amplifiers, or sound equipment).
Venues are expected to provide equipment according to David Mercado’s Technical Rider.
If your venue does not have backline or sound equipment available, please refer to the Production & Equipment Rental section above. A full sound and production package can be provided for an additional fee.
The rental package ensures all necessary equipment is brought to the event and properly set up for the band and worship experience.
Travel fees help cover gas, tolls, and transportation outside of New York City.
For events 4 hours or more outside of New York City, lodging may be required to cover:
• Hotel accommodations
• Meals for the team
Details will be discussed during the booking process.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the event date
• Remaining balance due on or before the day of the event
Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
